If you follow me on social media, you will probably be aware of Flamingosaurus Rex by now. As well as being the shop of one of best friends, I also recently did a phootshoot for one of their designers.
On Friday 13th May, Flamingosaurus Rex had its launch party and what a night it was!
As soon as you walk into the shop, you are quickly taken back by just how stunning it truly is. From amazing artwork on the walls to adorable jewellery, to skull shaped candles and amazing clothes by I Dream Of Shapes.
The launch night was a complete hit. Music, bubbly, vegan cupcakes, great people and Rhod (Lucie's Dog) all made the workings of a fantastic launch party.
I've watched as Lucie work away at getting this shop ready for it's grand launch and I almost felt like a proud momma the whole night. The whole team at Flamingosaurus Rex have done an incredible job and it is great to see a shop selling local stuff with such passionate and enthusiasm.
Since I was swept away in the whole party feel, I didn't get as many photos as I would have liked but have a little peak at what to expect in the shop:
